4 cups Bathua leaves

To make these parathas, wash and chop the Bathua leaves properly, then put Bathua leaves and potatoes in a pan to boil in hot water on low flame. After boiling, put them in a utensil, now separately add cumin powder, celery, a pinch of asafoetida and salt as per taste to the flour and mix them all well. After this, filter the boiled leaves of Bathua and drain the water and mix it with flour. After this, mash the boiled potatoes and add them to this mixture and mix well. Then add chopped green chillies and mix everything well. Now knead the dough well. Just after this you can make and eat hot Parathas of Bathua.
